Submission Guidelines
You must submit the following as a single PDF file formatted according to the official IEEE conference paper template:
Oral Paper (Short Paper)
4 pagesMust adhere to the official IEEE short paper template (ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates).
Poster (1-page)
1 pageNo strict template required. Must include title, author information, abstract, and visual content.
Note: Authors are welcome to submit to both the Oral Paper and Poster tracks. Accepted authors may apply for an IEEE WIE Travel Grant (wie.ieee.org/grants-scholarships/travel-grants).
