Do you need a Visa?
Visas are required for some nationalities to travel to Italy for the conference. Please contact your travel agent and/or the Italian Consulate/Embassy in your country for the latest information on Italy visa requirements as soon as possible.
Important: Visa processing times may vary. You are strongly advised to make your visa application at your earliest convenience if one is needed.

Do you require an official invitation letter or paper acceptance notification? Please ensure the following details are provided accurately in your request:
- Last Name
- First Name
- Address
- Affiliation
- Nationality
- Date Of Birth
- Passport Number
- Passport Date of Issue
- Passport Date of Expiry
- Passport Issuing Authority
Note: Invitation letters for VISA applications can be issued to registered participants only.
How to Request
Please send the required information (clearly identified) to the General Chair to have your invitation letter / acceptance notification issued.
